Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Use text and social media to engage customers and support sales
- Provide style and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
- Open new rewards program accounts and grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and execute price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready department
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs

- Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
