Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings using measurement and fit expertise to recommend size and styles.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals in-store and through digital channels.
- Use text and social media tools to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team to stock merchandise re-merchandise and handle price markdowns.
- Fill orders and assist with light cleaning to keep department customer ready.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product and fashion knowledge.
