Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client service by representing the brand, building relationships, and creating personalized experiences to drive sales and client loyalty. The advisor supports store goals through clienteling, CRM usage, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow the selling ceremony
• Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM and manage a neat client book
• Contact clients regularly and provide follow up on sales and requests
• Maintain store security and a neat understock and stock room
• Contribute to visual merchandising in line with brand standards
• Adhere to company policies and the brand image guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent client experience

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including up to 20 hours per week with primary weekends
• 1+ years of prior service related work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency with technology and CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Additional languages are a plus
• Strong organization, follow up, and attention to detail
• Service mindset with passion for fashion and client connection
