Head Of IBP

The Head of IBP, IT at Ralph Lauren will partner with IBP Program leadership and IT teams to implement and support the IBP program. This role involves providing vision and leadership, ensuring successful delivery of a global transformational project, and collaborating with leadership to finalize the roadmap and plan the design, implementation, and rollout globally.

• Partner with business leadership and consulting partners to align on a roadmap for the IBP program.
• Lead cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design, build Functional Specifications, and manage testing/deployments.
• Analyze and manage the integration of IBP functionalities with other IT domains.
• Ensure impacted users receive necessary training and communication for business continuity.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to align on reporting needs and rollout plans.
• Communicate regularly with the Steering Committee and project team members.
• Oversee end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Manage project planning, risk management, and reporting to senior management.
• Establish a scalable model for long-term support and maintenance of IBP platforms.
• Lead workstreams focused on process improvement and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in the Retail/Apparel IT domain with experience in Merch Financial/Assortment/Buy Planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementing new business processes and driving organizational change.
• Ability to set expectations and explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Ability to travel globally based on project requirements.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Executive level presence and strong project management skills.
