Summary
The Head Of Retail Operations Excellence will define and drive the strategic vision and operational execution for North America retail, standardizing processes to ensure luxury client experiences and maximize boutique profitability. This senior leader partners with sales finance HR and boutique teams to implement operational standards, loss prevention, inventory controls and training while championing innovation and change management.
Responsibilities
- Develop implement and continuously improve retail operations standards policies and procedures
- Oversee vendor management in-store hospitality logistics and curated client gifting
- Direct inventory control and Business Consignment Watch Program and enforce loss prevention strategies
- Collaborate with finance on budgeting invoicing and purchase order approvals
- Prepare operational reports and analyses to identify efficiency and process improvements
- Partner with HR on onboarding development and performance management of retail operations teams
- Build relationships with boutique managers and cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution
- Spearhead boutique events customer experience programs and experiential initiatives
- Lead change management and implement technology driven operational enhancements
Requirements
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in luxury retail operations preferably in premium watchmaking or similar
- Proven track record of elevating operational performance and delivering large scale process improvements
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret operational data
- Exceptional organizational interpersonal and communication skills with influencing ability
- Deep passion for luxury hospitality client experience and team inspiration
- Demonstrated agility in fast paced innovation driven environments
- Ability and willingness to travel 30-50 percent
