Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the High Jewelry and High-End Watches strategy across the Caribbean and Latin America region. Lead growth of HE turnover in all channels, develop the HE client portfolio and talent pool, coordinate with retail merchandising CRM training and marketing teams, and act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement HJ and HEW regional strategy and sales development plans.
- Manage end-to-end execution of High End business including calendar planning for events and stores.
- Analyze business and collections to identify opportunities and inform merchandising selection.
- Oversee HE clients portfolio management including clienteling objectives and database accuracy.
- Drive client acquisition and engagement including UHNW networking and personalized client journeys.
- Develop and coach HE sales talent and expand High End Club membership in collaboration with store managers.
- Lead client targeting selection and coordinate organization and budgets for local regional and international events.
- Collaborate with central HE team and cross functional partners to align strategy and execute events and initiatives.
- Report KPIs including HJ HEW sales client portfolio metrics and advisor eligibility to Country Managing Director.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in client relations or client development ideally in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong collaboration influencing and cross functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience with store and corporate teams.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationship building abilities.
- Professional approachable and knowledgeable demeanor with passion for product and service quality.
- Willingness to travel internationally including weekends or holidays.
