Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and open or close procedures
• Supervise and coach sales associates on customer service and sales techniques
• Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Ensure adherence to store policies and loss prevention procedures
• Support management with scheduling and staff coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or retail experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead a small team and provide coaching
• Familiarity with merchandising and inventory processes
• Reliable availability to work retail hours including weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
