Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Support and coach sales associates on the sales floor
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained

• Assist with inventory control and stockroom organization
• Process transactions and manage cash handling as needed
• Communicate store performance and issues to management

Requirements

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work part time hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience
