Summary
Provide exceptional hospitality at the flagship boutique by greeting clients, managing floor traffic, and supporting the sales team to create a welcoming luxury environment. Serve as a concierge resource for clients and guests, assist with neighborhood and transportation needs, and maintain high standards of service and safety. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients entering and leaving the boutique
- Manage main floor traffic and escort clients to appropriate areas or sales associates
- Provide bespoke high touch hospitality services during the selling ceremony
- Assist guests with taxis car services and help with shopping bags or purchases
- Provide directions and neighborhood information and partner with Concierge or Host team
- Demonstrate working knowledge of product categories
- Perform hospitable tasks such as holding umbrellas during inclement weather
- Alert to client service needs and notify Asset Protection of safety concerns
- Perform other operational duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail hospitality concierge or high end hospitality environments
- Strong communication skills with a warm gracious and service oriented manner
- High level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for long periods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Proactivity in taking care of customers in a calm professional manner
- Interest in learning about product categories history and maison collections
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
