- Organize, maintain, and clean the entire facility including the removal of all debris and packaging.
- Receive, organize, and properly label incoming orders while inspecting to ensure highest quality.
- Maintain communication with the team around incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Own weekly and monthly inventory to investigate and speak to variances.
- Transport equipment and supplies between properties.
- Implement a consistent delivery schedule with vendors to ensure quality and control.
Requirements- 1+ years of related experience.
- Willingness to contribute ideas, take ownership and go beyond basic responsibilities to ensure the success of the team.
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and business partners in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skill is a plus.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Google Suite and Craftable.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Frequently moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable to work sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time in different climates, including outdoors.
