Host (Boutique Facilitator)

Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the boutique, greeting visitors warmly and facilitating a seamless in-store experience. Support boutique operations during the holiday season by managing traffic flow, communicating wait times and expectations, and assisting boutique team members as needed. Work collaboratively with the boutique team to enhance client satisfaction and support a new boutique opening phase.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression
• Manage and maintain the flow of client traffic in the boutique
• Communicate expected wait times and in-boutique experience to clients
• Answer client questions and assist to facilitate a seamless visit
• Support boutique team members to maximize client-facing time
• Perform additional tasks as directed by boutique management
• Adhere to health and safety protocols when informing clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client facing or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Capacity to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign language skills are an asset but not required
