Summary
Provide professional phone support and cashier assistance for the boutique and head office, delivering high standards of customer service, accurate transaction processing, and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and brand presentation.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone inquiries promptly and courteously
- Document and deliver messages to fashion advisors in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone communication
- Process cashier transactions accurately and handle cash procedures
- Prepare and stock cash and wrap stations as needed
- Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, boutique management and head office
- Support various administrative duties for the boutique and head office
- Maintain confidentiality of company commercial activities
Requirements
- 1 years of customer service experience minimum
- Experience in retail operations or phone customer service is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and follow up skills with ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and occasional out of hours
- Comfortable collaborating with different departments and teams
- Fluent English; French is a plus
