Summary

Provide an elevated welcome and first impression for guests at the restaurant, guiding seating flow and representing the brand through attentive, service-minded hospitality. Maintain organized host stand areas and demonstrate knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings while delivering warm, professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience for guests and provide first class service.
• Greet guests promptly and guide them to their table.
• Maintain organization of the host stand coat closet menu display and dining room areas.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling personal presentation standards.
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings.
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service throughout the visit.

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application.
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol and shift work per local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts as needed.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
