Summary

Provide an elevated and welcoming dining arrival by greeting guests, managing seating flow, and representing the brand with polished presentation and hospitality. Maintain organization of the host stand and dining room areas while partnering with leadership to optimize guest experience and restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Manage the host stand coat closet menu display and dining room organization
• Model personal presentation standards and act as a brand ambassador
• Maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings to assist guests
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and business performance
• Support guest needs through the entire dining visit ensuring exceptional care

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and perform job duties
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
