Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern at Louis Vuitton in New York City, you will be an essential part of our Talent team, gaining exposure to various aspects of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and special projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment.

• Support the Senior Talent Manager on priority projects such as Job Description Audit and Talent Acquisition KPI tracking.
• Develop strategies to enhance employer branding content for platforms like the Career Site and LinkedIn.
• Assist in budget management, vendor communication, and on-site facilitation for HR events.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits and Legal teams to update benefits and compensation templates.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.
• Passion for working with internal and external talent with strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with experience in Human Resources.
• Able to work 5 days per week on-site in Midtown, Manhattan.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
