Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Manager at Louis Vuitton in Las Vegas, you will collaborate with retail and corporate teams to achieve business objectives by supporting and driving the employee life cycle. This role involves working closely with Las Vegas stores and reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Southwest Region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs covering retail talent management, employee relations, and related HR matters.
  • Understand business strategies, analyze needs, and make recommendations in partnership with the Retail management team.
  • Promote HR initiatives to further strategic goals by partnering with clients.
  • Build trustworthy relationships with Store Leaders and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors, local environments, market trends, and conditions to develop business strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Significant knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead conflict management calmly and confidently.
  • Ability to command and influence people and empower team members.
