IT Digital Workplace Services Manager

As an IT Digital Workplace Services Manager, you will lead and enhance the Digital Workplace Services within the IT Shared Service Center for the six Maisons of LVMH Fashion Group Americas. You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for over 1,100 corporate and store employees across various digital platforms and devices.

• Ensure optimal user experience and compliance of IT devices by testing and piloting software updates.
• Monitor user feedback to improve digital workplace services and address issues promptly.
• Manage IT Asset Management to maintain inventory levels and prevent loss of corporate devices.
• Oversee device management policies, including MDM and BYOD programs.
• Lead major device updates and manage third-party vendors for device management.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Office 365 tools to enhance productivity and communication.
• Manage Microsoft and Adobe licenses and maintain email distribution lists.
• Improve user onboarding/offboarding processes with a focus on security and compliance.

• Extensive experience managing devices and Microsoft applications in a large corporate environment.
• Experience in a multi-brand, matrixed organization.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and strategic partners.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS.
