IT Technical Manager - Salesforce Sales Cloud

The IT Technical Manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud will deliver IT solutions for evolving business processes and support the development and administration of best practices to meet organizational needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office in New York City.

• Translate business requirements into efficient solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Analyze user needs and produce requirements documentation and system plans.
• Manage a team of developers and consultants, providing guidance and technical leadership.
• Design and develop software for custom business applications.
• Oversee integration between Salesforce platforms and third-party systems.
• Lead agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning.
• Lead multiple product lines focused on Sales Automation at scale.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to include continuous technical improvement in the roadmap.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a development or configuration capacity.
• Experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• Experience developing Salesforce Sales Cloud customizations and integrations.
• Hands-on experience using Confluence and Jira.
• Enterprise consulting experience with major technology programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile and Product/Scrum team methodologies.
