As an Import/Export Support Associate at RH in Corte Madera, CA, you will play a crucial role in the International Transportation team, focusing on Import and Export Customs Compliance. You will ensure the seamless flow of goods for clients and cross-functional partners, adapting to various logistics methods and processes, and collaborating effectively across teams.

• Update and maintain large data sets of product details and SKU item records.
• Research product information for HTS classifications and assist with customs paperwork preparation and review.
• Build and submit spreadsheets and online forms for government agencies.
• Follow up with merchants and product development to gather necessary product details.
• Monitor daily exception reports to identify at-risk shipments and collaborate with service providers to resolve delays.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customs clearance delays, including container holds and exams.
• Track in-transit shipments to ensure on-time delivery using visibility tracking tools.

• Proficiency in software tools with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Strong Excel skills for designing reports and managing large data sets.
