Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Jil Sander Livermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting store sales productivity and customer service by efficiently processing inventory transactions. You will ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, contributing to the achievement of sales goals.

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and timely to support store sales and customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals and adhere to retail policies and procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards and communicate stock level issues to management.
• Inspect store stock for defects and report damages to management.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure merchandise is verified and received within 24 hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and follow store opening and closing procedures.
• Display leadership by assisting in the development of new staff.
• Monitor and process orders via the online platform.

• 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer.
• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders.
• Strong vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
