• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home office facilities.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure all common areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting spaces as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager.

• 1+ years of experience in a facilities or janitorial role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
