• Update and maintain large data sets of product details and SKU item records.
• Research product information for HTS classifications and assist with customs paperwork preparation and review.
• Build spreadsheets and submit online forms for government agency portals.
• Follow up with merchants and product development to gather necessary product details.
• Monitor daily exception reports to identify at-risk shipments and collaborate with service providers to resolve delays.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customs clearance delays.
• Track in-transit shipments to ensure on-time delivery using visibility tracking tools.
