Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Jil Sander Livermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting store sales productivity and customer service by efficiently processing inventory transactions. You will ensure the stockroom is organized and contribute to the store's achievement of sales goals.

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals and adhere to retail policies.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor according to company standards.
• Communicate stock level issues and inspect stock for defects.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is verified and received within 24 hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and follow cleaning procedures.
• Display leadership qualities by assisting in the development of new staff.
• Monitor and process orders via the online platform.

• 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer.
• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
