Summary

Repair furniture and accessories in clients' homes, RH Galleries, and Home Delivery Centers to meet quality standards. This client-facing role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills while serving clients across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Repair furniture to first-quality standards in clients' homes, RH Galleries, and Home Delivery Centers.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and promote a safe working environment.
• Provide quality assurance and quality control feedback.
• Adapt to changing job requirements and provide first-class client service.

Requirements

• Ability to repair wood, leather, and fabric, and work with coatings and finishes on metal, stone, marble, and concrete.
• Knowledge of framing and furniture construction methods.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to visit clients in an assigned territory and lift and mobilize items weighing at least 75 pounds.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
