Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant delivers elevated service to clients visiting the RH Gallery, helping them identify products and interior design services that meet their needs. This role manages the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, develops lasting client relationships, and supports sales goals and Gallery standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated client service.
• Qualify and educate prospective clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or in high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Art, architecture, or interior design education and relevant experience are preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing and bending.
• Local or out-of-state travel may be required; a driver's license is preferred.
