- Achieve sales goals across all brands and stores, seeking opportunities to advance our brands.
- Maintain pristine merchandising of all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring competitive positioning on the floor.
- Regularly visit department store accounts to build relationships, push retail sales, merchandise, and restock floors.
- Utilize reports to analyze and manage your business efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional departments.
- Stay current on trends affecting the business and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on missed opportunities and competitive insights.
- Manage and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage follow-up with clients as needed.
Requirements- 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plus.
- Understanding of the luxury fashion category.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
