Summary

Provide exceptional customer service in the cosmetics area by greeting and directing customers, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting overall store operations. Maintain confidentiality, perform deliveries to customers, and act as a resource for both customers and employees. The role requires physical stamina and frequent movement throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Serve as a general store resource for customers and employees
• Support store operations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Make deliveries to customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Perform continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physical ability to frequently use hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
