Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products and create personalized beauty routines
- Engage customers to drive sales in-store and through digital channels
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer ready
- Use selling tools including text and social media to build a customer following
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and brand product knowledge
