Summary

The Beauty Stylist drives sales across beauty brands through product demonstrations, artistry, and personalized service. This role focuses on helping customers find products that meet their needs while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Consult with customers to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate products.
• Build relationships through purchase follow-up, product suggestions, appointments, and event invitations.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Create store events and network in the community.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of beauty industry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ownership and initiative.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
