Interim Visual Merchandiser - Del Amo Fashion Center

Summary

The Interim Visual Merchandiser creates and maintains eye catching store aesthetics reflecting current fashion trends. This role partners with department managers to uphold visual standards, supports signage and trim installations for promotional events, and assists with in store lighting and prop construction. The schedule is variable and flexible based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising, signing, and implementation of direction at the store level
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize visual direction appropriately for the store and departments
• Perform basic construction and assembly of visual props
• Use ladders drills box knives and other tools to complete installations

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills preferred for building visual props
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and miscellaneous tools
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
• Eligibility for background check as required
