Interim Warehouse Ops Coordinator - Reserve Stock

Summary

The Interim Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports flow and optimization within the Northern Cal distribution center by assisting the Operations Manager with shift readiness, monitoring productivity and metrics, leading safety and operational tasks, and supporting process improvement and handoffs between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support department safety quality and performance while driving efficiency and flow
• Create daily assignments and project actions for team members
• Monitor productivity and communicate hourly goals and progress to managers
• Lead safety observations and model safe behavior and judgement
• Coordinate with safety facilities ICQA and training teams to meet business needs
• Complete daily work tasks trackers and provide feedback for shift handoffs
• Assist with start of shift meetings update communication boards and support end of shift duties

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fulfillment or distribution center
• Well developed time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Deep understanding of multiple warehouse departments processes and flow
• Maintain a sense of urgency and strong follow through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook Word and warehouse management systems
• Excellent customer service and team player attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
