Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and owning the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Achieve fiscal goals and sales targets
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design team to meet client needs
- Assist with local or out of state travel for client projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in Art Architecture or Interior Design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and results oriented with strategic agility
- Collaborative team player
- Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery
- Licensed to drive preferred
- Ability to travel locally or out of state
