Luxury Interior Design Sales Consultant - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide luxury service and design consultation to walk-in clientele at the gallery, partnering with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and exceed expectations. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle through elevated service, product expertise and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience for clientele through product knowledge and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Collaborate with interior design team and gallery staff

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in art, architecture or interior design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
