Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing needs, educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client needs
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Background in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and results oriented with strategic agility
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver throughout Gallery
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
