Interior Design Consultant - Melrose Gallery

Summary

Provide luxury in-gallery design consulting delivering elevated service to walk-in clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and expectations. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle and achieving fiscal goals. Support gallery visual and quality standards and participate in the full client experience from initial contact to product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support gallery visual and quality standards
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client design needs
• Maintain interest in luxury and design industry trends

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in art, architecture or interior design preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
