Interior Design Consultant - Melrose Gallery

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the Gallery by assessing client needs, qualifying and educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Represent the brand with professionalism, maintain client relationships, and support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base
• Achieve fiscal and sales goals
• Represent the lifestyle brand through communication and appearance
• Support visual merchandising and quality standards on the Gallery floor
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client design needs

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in art, architecture or interior design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
• Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
