Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the Gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and guiding them through the client experience from initial contact to product delivery. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle and supporting visual and quality standards in the Gallery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury guest experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from contact through delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base to achieve fiscal goals
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support visual merchandising and maintain Gallery quality standards
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and team members on client projects
- Travel locally or out of state as needed for client needs
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on the Gallery floor
- Licensed to drive preferred
