Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, offering product expertise, and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver curated spaces. Own the client journey from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base and representing the RH lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services and product offerings
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery and installation
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Provide elevated, relationship-driven luxury service on the Gallery floor
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver on the sales floor and travel as needed; licensed to drive preferred
