Interior Design Consultant

Summary

As an Interior Design Consultant at the RH Gallery in Portland, you will provide a luxury client experience by assessing walk-in clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver complete room solutions. You will qualify and educate potential clients on RH's design services, manage the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, and help grow a strong client base while representing the RH lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by RH Interior Design
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the RH brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver on the Gallery floor, and travel locally; licensed to drive preferred
