Summary

The Retail Sales associate is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools such as text and social media, provides personalized styling and fit guidance, and builds lasting customer relationships. The position also supports department readiness through merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer accounts
• Provide personalized styling, fit recommendations, and confident product feedback
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work flexibly across shifts and occasionally in other departments as business needs require

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and maintain organization
• Flexible availability to meet variable scheduling needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequent bending, reaching, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
