Summary

The Retail Salesperson sells men's apparel both in-store and digitally, cultivating and growing a customer following through in-person service and digital outreach. This role focuses on meeting sales goals, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining a customer-ready department while supporting team needs and occasional cross-department duties.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer base
• Provide excellent customer service and confident, honest feedback on style and fit
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards accounts and use networking to drive sales
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to use technology and networking to achieve sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
