They set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while delivering personalized service and style guidance. The role also supports department operations such as stocking, re-merchandising, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide personalized style and fit advice and honest product feedback
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong follow-through and flexibility to work varied schedules
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and to lift items up to 25 pounds
