Job Description

Summary

As an Intern in Human Resources, you will assist the HR Department with daily administrative tasks and activities, showcasing excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills. This internship offers a robust experience with a combination of learning and programmatic elements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Support projects related to training, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and other HR-related matters.
  • Create and organize internal communications.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities.
  • Assist with performance management process communications and tools.
  • Update and maintain employee records.
  • File HR documents accordingly, both digitally and physically.
  • Support file maintenance.
Requirements
  • Availability to work in the New York City office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.
  • Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for Fendi and the Luxury Industry.
  • Interest in Talent Development and Employee Engagement is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with HRIS system is a plus.
