Summary
Processes and coordinates international repair and parts procurement orders, supporting service centers, stores, and trade partners. Ensures orders, invoices, documentation, and shipments are handled accurately and on schedule while meeting customer service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process packages, repair orders, estimates, parts orders, and outgoing invoices within established time frames.
- Coordinate with international locations, trade partners, Material Operations, Inventory Control, and the Service Center to facilitate repairs and shipments.
- Accurately transact parts and maintain order documentation, memos, and follow-up, including information needed for customs clearance.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, support urgent needs and escalations, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide cross-functional support and assist with department projects and other business needs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, at least 2 years of jewelry experience, and at least 3 years of business experience with a strong operational background.
- Experience in operations, a technical environment, or luxury retail; international shipping and inventory management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook; knowledge of AS400, JDEdwards, or Compass is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, adapt to changing business needs, and work overtime or possible weekends as needed.
