Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Intern at Tiffany & Co. in New York, you will support the Americas Corporate HR team in daily operations. This ten-week summer internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury jewelry industry, focusing on HR administration and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support including HR forms, tracking, and ordering supplies.
  • Assist with onboarding and scheduling for new hires.
  • Support HR and DEI communications, including distribution lists and updates.
  • Coordinate employee engagement events and liaise with vendors.
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups to enhance team engagement.
  • Assist in executing Pride month activities and other engagement projects.
  • Support key HR functional projects and prepare initiative decks for executive approval.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in the Human Resources field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with curiosity and interest to learn.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a recent graduate.
  • Preferred: Previous HR experience and pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
