Job Description

Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Tiffany & Co. in New York, you will embark on a ten-week journey, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic world of luxury jewelry. You will provide administrative and project management support to the Americas Talent Acquisition team, learning from HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition partners, and business leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition Administration, including scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies, and maintaining dashboards.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of onsite and in-market events across the Americas.
  • Design, create, and distribute recruitment materials for workshops, referral initiatives, and hiring events.
  • Coordinate recruitment workshops, including venues, travel, and logistics.
  • Support candidate sourcing and interview shadowing.
  • Provide coordination support for employee engagement events, liaising with vendors and managing project timelines.
  • Assist the team with additional ad hoc analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Previous work experience in retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in social media as a tool to attract talent.
  • Preferred: Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience and rising senior or recent graduate.
