Inventory Analyst

As an Inventory Analyst at Louis Vuitton Canada, you will play a crucial role in supporting inventory accuracy and shrink reduction initiatives within our distribution center operations in Mississauga, ON. You will collaborate with internal teams and our third-party logistics provider to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and drive process improvements to ensure inventory integrity and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze daily trends and reports to identify inventory variances and areas of risk related to shrink.
• Track and report on distribution center shrink performance and support financial month-end reconciliation.
• Provide guidance to third-party logistics on exception management and resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with partners to develop corrective action plans.
• Review operational workflows and propose process improvements to reduce errors.
• Oversee quarterly cycle count progress and inventory accuracy.
• Support external and internal audit preparations as needed.
• Maintain documentation of inventory processes and findings in accordance with internal controls.

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Financial acumen to ensure accurate reconciliation and audit processes.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
