Inventory Analyst

As an Inventory Analyst at RH in Corte Madera, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning managers and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with vendors and cross-functional teams, assisting with purchase orders, and preparing reports.

• Assist planning managers with various daily reports.
• Assist planners with purchase orders including keying orders and maintaining corrections and revisions.
• Maintain daily communication with vendors to confirm and track purchase orders.
• Enter data into the mainframe system and manage all data entry.
• Communicate backorder relief analysis to cross-functional teams weekly.
• Prepare and send weekly transfers list to allocations and operations team.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure data aligns with strategies and deadlines.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and quick learner.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize misses and oversights.
