Stock Associate - Livermore Outlet

Summary

Stock Associate responsible for maintaining back of house operations and supporting the sales and management team at the Livermore Outlet. Role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on inventory, receiving, and preparing stockroom and sales floor to company standards. Requires physical tasks such as lifting and climbing and flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to visual and cleanliness standards
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Receive ship and process product deliveries weekly
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager
• Process internal product transfers and client orders timely
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies corrections and adjustments

Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience with back of house focus
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow-up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend stoop kneel and climb ladders
