Responsibilities- Understand intracompany inventory relationships and flows between systems and locations.
- Lead and inspire teams as the point of contact for Outlet inventory-related activity.
- Coordinate logistics for Outlet inventory throughout our Supply Chain network.
- Allocate product to Outlets based on analysis and partnership with Outlet leadership.
- Support the annual physical inventory count for our Outlets.
- Assist field locations with inventory-related issues and provide coaching and training.
- Research inventory adjustments and shrink issues to determine root causes.
- Oversee inventory movement during relocations and new openings.
- Partner with cross-functional business partners on inventory-related activities.
Requirements- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to continually learn and innovate.
- Ability to establish and foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to simplify complex problems.
- Aptitude for technical and system applications.
- Experience in inventory, logistics, allocations, or operations role preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Oracle RMS, Manhattan Active Omni, Salesforce, and MicroStrategy is a plus.
